By accessing our website or booking our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
Simba Management Cleaning provides professional cleaning solutions, including commercial, office, post-construction, and specialized cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property poses a health or safety risk to our staff.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate property details and access instructions at the time of booking.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a recurring billing cycle has been pre-approved.
Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers (EFT/Interac).
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 CAD fee or 50% of the service value (whichever is lower).
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost. Cash refunds are issued only at the company’s discretion.
Access: You must provide entry via key, code, or personnel. If our team cannot enter the property, a “lock-out fee” equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.
Safety: Pets must be secured. Hazardous materials (e.g., biohazards, mold) must be disclosed prior to booking.
Valuables: Please secure jewelry, cash, and fragile heirlooms.
Simba Management Cleaning is fully insured. However, our liability for any damage is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not liable for damage caused by “wear and tear” or improperly installed fixtures.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Provinces of Manitoba and Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
